Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 October 2026

These terms cover use of the DockTrellis website. Pilot customers using the DockTrellis product will also sign a separate pilot agreement, which takes precedence where the two differ.

1. About these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The website

This website describes DockTrellis, a dock-appointment scheduling product in early-stage development. Product descriptions reflect our current and planned capabilities; features described as planned may change or may not be released.

3. Illustrative content

Product previews on this site use a fictional warehouse, fictional carriers and fictional appointment data. Delay-risk scores, unloading durations and other predictions shown are illustrative examples only and do not represent results from real customers or real operations.

4. Scheduling estimates and decisions

Where the DockTrellis product provides estimates or suggested schedule changes, these are decision-support information. They may be inaccurate. Customers remain responsible for approving schedule changes and for operating their docks, yards and staff safely and lawfully.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or submitting false or misleading information through the contact form.

6. Intellectual property

The DockTrellis name, logo, website content and software are owned by DockTrellis. You may not copy or reuse them except as permitted by law.

7. No warranty

The website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information on it is complete or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DockTrellis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last changed.
